I was on Arava for 20 years and then it affected my liver real bad. I now have to consider boologics and am not looking forward to self administered weekly injections. <br /><br />Do not stop all your meds! When my liver went nuts I was taken off everything for 6 weeks. All I was allowed was 10mg of prednisone a day and it stunk. I was in horrible pain. I am sero-negative RA so the only thing that shows up in my blood work is inflammation. The RA factor is always negative.
